Physical inspection of indoor and outdoor AC units
Identification of noise source (fan motor, blower, vibration, loose parts, mounting)
Identification of odor source (fungus, drain blockage, dirty filters, burnt smell)
2. Noise Reduction Work
Tightening of loose screws, panels, and mounting brackets
Alignment and balancing of blower/fan (basic adjustment only)
Checking and correction of vibration issues
Basic lubrication of accessible moving parts (if required)
Airflow path inspection for noise-causing obstructions
3. Smell Removal Work
Cleaning of air filters
Cleaning of evaporator coil surface (basic / accessible area)
Cleaning of drain tray and drain line flushing
Removal of dust, mold, and odor-causing deposits
Deodorizing treatment for fresh airflow
4. Functional Testing
