* Power supply isolation and safety precautions
* Assessment for gas recovery requirement
2. Indoor Unit Un-Installation
* Safe removal of indoor unit from mounting plate
* Disconnection of drain pipe and wiring
* Protection of wall and surrounding area during removal
3. Outdoor Unit Un-Installation
* Pump-down process to recover refrigerant gas (if AC is working)
* Safe disconnection of copper piping and power cable
* Removal of outdoor unit from brackets/floor
4. Copper Pipe & Wiring Removal
* Removal of interconnecting copper pipes
* Removal of communication and power cables
* Capping of copper pipe ends to avoid contamination
* Handing over AC unit and accessories to customer
